You know when you have those ah-ha moments about something you feel you should have known already. Even after thirteen years in my career I’m still getting those. This is what makes us human and makes us progress forward in our passions, even if it’s something so simple.

Recently, for me it was discovering the awesome benefits of using hair clay on damp hair and blow drying it in to style. I know I’m not re-inventing the wheel here, but damn, does it ever work well.

Hair clay has gained more traction over the last several years due to its matte finish and firm to flexible hold allowing for a range of textures. However, when you use hair clay on damp hair and then blow-dry, the heat helps to activate and absorb the clay more effectively, minimizing residue and keeping your hair looking clean and fresh.

Improving style longevity and hold.

Blow drying hair clay enhances its hold, a key benefit when it comes to style longevity.  The heat from the blow dryer helps to set the clay in place, ensuring that your style lasts throughout the day. In general, incorporating blow-drying into your daily hair routine is going to add great benefit to your hair style but by adding hair clay into the blow dry routine can transform your entire styling experience.
